There would be no X-Files: Lost & Deleted if it were not for The Large Professor. Everything I learned about chopping up a loop, disguising it, filtering it and matching the right sounding drums to it was picked up in the seconds, minutes, hours, days, weeks and months XP and I spent together in the studio working on Akinyele's 1993 debut album Vagina Diner. I'm a recording artist because of XP's mentorship. So whenever I work on an album I always make sure to involve him in some way. This song originally appears on the my 2nd solo album SOUND EVENT. My DJ student Ridm did the remix.
